St.Finbarrs Walking Football Still On Easter Break This Morning

Another reminder to all you SBiTC Walking Football aficionados in Coventry that you will not yet be able to work off your depression at the Sky Blues relegation on Good Friday last by kicking the leather around with your veteran colleagues later this morning at St.Finbarr’s.

Staff and volunteers at the Sky Blues in the Community initiative which takes place three times a week in the locality (Mondays & Thursdays at St Finbarr’s and Tuesdays at Bedworth Oval) are still on their well earned Easter holiday break.

The popular sessions are supported by CCFPA, CCFC’s Diamond Club and Cov Support News Service.

So, if you are over 50 and want to pull on the footy gear, you will have to practice privately with friends for just a bit longer! The normal Thursday session at St.Finbarr’s later this morning, therefore, is not taking place for another week.

The first of the official SBiTC Walking Football Sessions to return will be at Bedworth Oval on the morning of Tuesday 25th April (and normal times and places will resume at St Finbarrs from Thursday 27th).

We will remind you again before the sessions resume!
