Karcher Cup at BanburyCCFPA’s Sky Blues Legends are out and about again for charity next Sunday. This time they travel to the home of Banbury United, to play a team representing local Banbury company Karcher UK  (the cleaning company) in a game to benefit the Katharine House Hospice. The match has been organised by the Legends Fixture manager and Association committee member Dean Nelson and Kieron Shea,  a City-mad fan who works for Karcher.

The Legends team is likely to be composed of former Sky Blue stars (and CCFPA members) like David Busst, Dave Bennett, Claus Bech Jorgenson, Barry Quinn, and John Williams together with players who have worn the Sky Blue in the past not necessarily in a first team match. CCFC will be playing in Sky Blue for the first time this close season having played in the yellow away strip in the previous two games.

The Company have donated the Karcher Cup which will be contested at Banbury’s Spencer Stadium (Station Approach, Banbury OX16 5AB) on Sunday 26th July. The gates open at 1:30pm when the fun and games begin and the game kicks off at 2.45 pm

Also part of the event will be a raffle, bouncy castle and refreshments are available (along with free parking)

Match Tickets are £5 (adults); £2 (kids/concessions) and can be bought in advance from Karcher UK on 01295 752000 or email them on fundraising@karcher.co.uk.
